Shipping Schedule
Most orders placed before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped same business day. Customer will be informed if a package is held for 2 business days.

RETURNS:
Returns are accepted when products are damaged during the shipping and handling process. Damaged products must be returned to sender within two weeks for exchange or refund. Damaged returns must be in original condition with all original packaging. We cover all expenses related to damaged returns.

REFUNDS:
All products will have a 10 percent restocking fee applied to refund if not due to damage.

SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping charges are not refundable if the return or exchange is not due to damage.
